President & Chief Executive Officer / Co-Founder
Dr. Henry Silvestriz-Lora, DC is the President, CEO & co-founder of Vinci Holdings, a portfolio company with a clear goal of building several dominant brands in different sectors of the healthcare industry. In this role, Dr. Henry leads the development and implementation of all organizational strategy, including the vision, mission, and overall direction of the company.
A skilled chiropractor with over eighteen (18) years of professional experience, his focus has been on the personal injury and the wellness market. Experienced in a wide range of health care settings, including shared practices, private practices, and rehabilitation centers. Dr. Henry keeps abreast of new developments in chiropractic care and practice management. He has a valid Texas license and additional qualifications beyond his Doctorate degree as a Certified Ergonomics. Before founding Vinci, Dr. Henry was CEO and clinical director of Optimum Wellness Institute, a chiropractic practice in Fort Worth, Texas, where he managed operations and marketing, as well as all aspects of patient care. Under his leadership, the practice expanded services to include nutritional counseling and patient education. By providing this customized level of care, he enhanced patients’ return to optimal health. Dr. Henry’s expanded training and experience in spinal adjustment through the utilization of advanced diagnostic equipment and hands-on detailed examinations helped determine a more comprehensive diagnosis of each patient. He partnered with Spinal Kinetics and Dr. Jeffrey Cronk, DC, JD to properly diagnose spinal ligament injury, a permanent condition, paramount in personal injury cases. Through this increased accuracy in diagnosis the practice experienced a rapid and increased revenue collection from referring attorneys. He then expanded services to include imaging, nutritional counseling, and patient education. Prior to becoming a Doctor of Chiropractic, Dr. Henry served several years in the United States Army as a Complex Weapon System (MLRS) Crewmember & Ammunition expert. He was also a member of the US Army Reserve. Today, Dr. Henry serves on the Board for TaskGroup, a wellness and ergonomic consulting firm. He is also a member of Tanaka Chiropractic Missions, (“TCM”), a nonprofit organization centered around spreading natural holistic healthcare to under-served populations around the world (remote towns in Guatemala and Easter Island (Rapa Nui) Chile). |
