Henry Silvestriz, Sr. is the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) & Co-Founder of Vinci Holdings, an investment consortium focused to acquire and merge industries from different sectors to combine it into one solid unit to make a more focused and stronger company.
Overall of 30 years’ experience (11 years in the technology manufacturing sector and 19 years in the telecommunications business). In the Technology manufacturing sector (WANG Laboratories Puerto Rico), responsible to troubleshoot and certify the functionality of the final product that came out from the assembly line, also worked in the R&D as part of the elite team responsible for the deployment of a $250K Super-minicomputer system (VS-85 / VS-90 / VS-100 family) to be transferred to the Puerto Rico manufacturing plant assembly line. Worked with the top Telecom Carrier in the USA (AT&T), and one of the top Telecom Carriers from Spain (Telefonica). With AT&T Puerto Rico, Henry Silvestriz Sr. was responsible for a 22 countries region, as an International Carrier Relations & Facilities Manager (LATAM Region),attended every year to the INTELSAT GTM (Global Traffic Meeting) in Washington, D.C. today is known as the ITW (International Telecoms Week), it’s the annual meeting for the global telecoms industry, providing a platform for 7,000 delegates from 2,000+ companies and more than 135 countries to meet together and to negotiate agreements to reduce costs of international long distance phone calls (Accounting Rates), with international PTT’s (also known as Telephone Carriers). Responsible to comply with the FCC regulations associated with the new long-distance phone calls tariffs and member of the General Committee for the following submarine cables systems: Antillas-I, Americas-2, and Pan American Cable System. Also responsible for the Statistical traffic analysis of the international long distance traffic data to determine the capacity performance to justify new submarine cable systems routes between Puerto Rico and the foreign countries. Henry Silvestriz Sr. worked as a System Consultant in the sales division, part of his role was to support the Account executive to analyze and understand customer business requirements and develop a cost effective system configuration solution. Find a solution to any technical aspects conflicts to manage system infrastructure and implementation of new business systems. Collaborate with customer system users to resolve queries, provide training requirements and recommend changes and enhancements to system. As the Manager of the Telecommunications transmission system in the IT department, was responsible to auditing and authorize the payment of an average of $1MM per year to the ILEC/LEC telecommunications companies of Puerto Rico. System administrator of the telecommunications systems, evaluate the routing performance of the telecomm circuits and evaluate/authorized RFP for inter-office expansion and major telecommunications systems upgrades. With Telefonica (Spain ILEC), Henry Silvestriz Sr. was responsible for the Telecom Expense Management (auditing process), of dedicated leased circuits from the Telecom service providers (Domestic and Foreign) to achieved $1.3MM in savings. Also was a Product Administrator & Carrier Relations Manager to serve as a liaison representing Telefonica Data Puerto Rico and as a Product Administrator (Marketing Department), did Market research to identify prospects and evaluate service & network costs to define price structure for the network services offered. Henry Sr. lives in Texas, with his wife of 42 years marriage, kids and grandkids. He likes to be around with his family having a good time and sometimes do genealogy research, cross-country trips, avid shooter, learn about other people cultures, history and small handicrafts as part of other hobbies. |
