Dr. Henry Silvestriz-Lora, DC, is the CEO and Co-Founder of Vinci Holdings, LLC, and serves as Chief Executive Officer of Vinci Align MSO Holdings, Inc. and Align Med (Alfreda), PLLC, headquartered in Las Vegas, Nevada. Following the $26 million acquisition of Align Med in 2024, Dr. Henry led a comprehensive restructuring and growth strategy that transformed the organization into one of the region’s fastest-growing, vertically integrated healthcare groups. Under his leadership, Vinci executed a strategic bolt-on acquisition of a pain management practice, expanding its footprint from six to eight medical offices. The group achieved over 30% overall growth, broadened its services to include neurology, psychology, and advanced diagnostics, and significantly enhanced its clinical and operational infrastructure.
Driven by a culture of clinical excellence and patient experience, Align Med reached record performance — monthly billing increased by approximately 83%, peaking at a 161% rise from its original baseline, while accounts receivable grew by more than 50%. The team expanded from 50 to over 70 employees, improving both efficiency and patient outcomes. Dr. Henry’s leadership is defined by operational precision, strategic expansion, and a mission-driven approach to innovation in healthcare delivery. He continues to lead Vinci Holdings alongside the board and his father as they pursue their third strategic acquisition to further expand the company’s portfolio.
With over 20 years of professional experience, Dr. Henry has specialized in the personal injury and wellness markets, pioneering the integration of advanced diagnostics in chiropractic and rehabilitative medicine. He holds a Doctor of Chiropractic degree and maintains a Nevada state license. Before entering healthcare, Dr. Henry proudly served in the United States Army, first in the Army Reserve, and later on active duty in an Artillery unit. Following his military service, he served as a Police Officer with the Dallas Police Department in Texas.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Dr. Henry enjoys spending time with his fiancée, family, close friends, and two dogs. He is passionate about the outdoors, hiking, photography, and travel, and appreciates relaxing with a good cigar. His love for nature, connection, and balance mirrors his commitment to holistic wellness in both his personal and professional life.
