Ana is President and CEO of WorkForce Dynamics Consulting.  A company founded on the premise that people are the most important asset of an organization, and their contributions can be tremendously powerful.

Working in a variety of industries, with entities ranging from idea to exit stages, her ability to identify strengths, opportunities and areas of risk that can stifle growth or limit valuation, helps clients close omissions, remove threats and successfully navigate the complex terrain of valuation for capital investment or M&A.

With over 25 years of experience in organizational operations and a passion for integrating business and people to leverage performance, Ana lends broad industry acumen and fact-based advisory to provide effective solutions.  Prior to starting her business, Ana held several executive-level positions in both startups and enterprise businesses.

Ana has a bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University in New Jersey and a master’s degree in International Business Administration (MIBA) from Nova Southeastern University in Florida. She holds active Senior and Global certifications from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) and HR Management and Organizational Psychology certifications from Cornell University-ILR.  She has been a speaker on numerous topics in organizational innovation legacy and is a frequent guest panelist at numerous events throughout South Florida. In 2017 Ana was invited to join the HR Miami /Greater Miami Society for Human Resources Management, where she holds a Board seat and continues to serve as Vice President of Development.
